When geany-plugins is built with USE "debugger",
geany is aborted immediately on startup 
with "Attempt to unlock mutex that was not locked".
Reinstalling geany-plugins with USE "-debugger" avoids the problem.

The problem is described & fixed in

I just build geany from git and the plugins. These exact crash happens at

This should be fixed in 1.25 (or 1.26)
