Bug 53585 – webapp-config could supply post upgrade config messages

It would be nice if webapp-config supported post upgrade config messages in a similar to the postinstall config messages.  This would me an ebuild maintainer could include the relavent upgrade instructions where necessary.

If I understand correctly, you're asking for webapp-config to display a different set of instructions after an upgrade?

in short yes

I think it would be nice to have something like

webapp_postupgrade_txt lang file

which gets displaed after webapp-config -U of a package

I've just added this to webapp-config v1.11.  Should be released later today.
