Both stable versions of the packages currently use EAPI=1. Can you please update the EAPI, if needed bump the ebuilds and stabilize a new version? Thanks!

Please get someone to OK x11-libs/fox:1.7 first.
What about app-editors/adie?
amd64 stable
x86 stable
There's also sci-calculators/calculator, if we want to get fox:1.7 stable. But we can't drop fox:1.6 because of: ./sci-mathematics/gsl-shell/gsl-shell-2.2.0.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6 ) ./media-sound/rezound/rezound-0.12.3_beta-r2.ebuild: >=x11-libs/fox-1.6.19:1.6 ./dev-games/openscenegraph/openscenegraph-3.2.1.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6[opengl] ) ./dev-games/openscenegraph/openscenegraph-3.0.1-r1.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6[opengl] ) ./sys-libs/gwenhywfar/gwenhywfar-4.12.0_beta.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6 ) ./sys-libs/gwenhywfar/gwenhywfar-4.13.1.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6 ) ./sys-libs/gwenhywfar/gwenhywfar-4.3.3.ebuild: fox? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6 ) ./x11-misc/xfe/xfe-1.40.ebuild: x11-libs/fox:1.6[truetype,png] ./dev-libs/hidapi/hidapi-0.8.0_pre20130121.ebuild: X? ( x11-libs/fox:1.6 ) So I guess we need to add the EAPI=5 versions (haven't looked at the ones attached to this bug) and get them stable.
ppc stable
amd64 done
What's the status on this bug? If it's not possible to get it stable on hppa and ppc64, I'd suggest to drop stable keywords for ppc64 and hppa.
(In reply to Manuel Rüger from comment #13) > What's the status on this bug? > If it's not possible to get it stable on hppa and ppc64, I'd suggest to drop > stable keywords for ppc64 and hppa. I suggest you keep up the stable upstream branch (at 1.6.51 now) and stop trying to push the upstream development branch to stable until upstream says it's OK. Also, alpha, ia64 and sparc are curiously absent here so the keywording problem you want to address here is not limited to hppa and ppc64. Also, several other valuable points of criticism remain unaddressed.
Try again with a stable branch version. This is going nowhere.
