If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords
for older versions of this package.

Try another mirror or wait until all files will be synced properly

This is actually a problem in CVS, not a mirror-out-of0sync issue.

man-pages-ru/Manifest at revision 1.66 had:
MISC ChangeLog 9026 [...]

While the accompanying file man-pages-ru/ChangeLog at revision 1.57 had size of 8899 bytes as stated by portage.

Yes, it should be fixed now after s390 stabilization round and commit from Pinkbyte. Waiting for the mirror to sync to actually test it.
