This rsync server is getting connection refused. Wondering if they are still offering Gentoo rsync services?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

rsync: failed to connect to 203.17.15.14: Connection refused
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(88)

Hi Jeffery, the server suffered a HDD crash (lost everything :(). New one has been installed and ive just reconfigured rsync again...

ive configured ntpd and the rsync cron - can you check that i'm syncing at the right times (give it an hour or so for the cron to kick in as i did 2 manual syncs)?

should be ok now
