Regarding the HOMEPAGE, I couldn't find any new one, do you know about any? Regarding the license value... looks like Fedora is doing the same as us and also using BSD as us :/
1. lt_LT-1.2.1.zip contains a README.EN file which says: The software is available under the provisions of a BSD-style license. The full text of the license is available in the COPYING file. The COPYING file is not included with the tarball, but can be found (along with an identical README.EN) here: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ispell-lt/ispell-lt/trunk/files 2. hyph_lt_LT.zip contains README_hyph_lt_LT.txt saying that it's under an LPPL license, see comment #0. 3. None of the files in both zipballs contains other license information. So IMHO the current LICENSE of the ebuild is just fine.

Me neither, I guess we will need to switch SRC_URI to our mirrors then and HOMEPAGE to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/No_homepage (if I don't misremember we weren't allowed to set it to empty)
