rsync.mirrored.ca has been stable for awhile now and is ready to be added back to the dns rotations for rsyncing.

Server details (in case they're needed again)
Sun E250: 2 x 450MHz + 2Gb RAM
A1000 with 380gb of disk space
Connected via redundant 100mb uunet links
Maximum rsync connections: 100
