When emerging kdebluetooth on my system (pentium4, kernel gentoo-2.6.5-r1 (genkernel), kde 3.2.2) only the documentation is installed and not the binaries. This happens with both the ebuilds that are in portage. Managed to get it to work with emerge unmerge kdebluetooth emerge unmerge openobex emerge unmerge bluez-sdp emerge unmerge bluez-libs and then ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge kdebluetooth
This is a probelm in the check that I do in configure for the libsdp. with the new bluez packges this check doesn't work and disable the compilation of kdebluetooth. This because we are in kdeextragear and it's not good to block the compilation of the other programs. I'll correct and update the ebuild when I've got a little time. You can always remove the check from the configure file, rebuild the digest and relaunch the emerge.
Hi, finally I've found the time to correct this issue with bluez-libs-2.7 I've did a new CVS snapshot and a new ebuild. Until they aren't inserted in the portage tree, the bug report is this: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55333
I think that this bug can be closed.
