SF is returning a "500 Internal Server Error" right now when downloading the same file through their web GUI interface, so I assume they gave you a bad file and started fixing the server before I tried the download.
Also, I have no idea why RESTRICT=mirror. It's GPL-2 and SF doesn't have that kind of policy.
I'm putting that down to an intermittent SF CDN failure, although I did fix the RESTRICT=mirror.
