=sys-cluster/openstack-meta-2014.1.9999 had the 'horizon' use flag.  =sys-cluster/openstack-meta-2014.2.9999 has dropped the 'horizon' use flag.  The only way to install horizon now, is to manually search and install that particular ebuild.  Would be nice if the 'horizion' use flag was restored.

Horizon decided to add way too many dependencies, so I decided to drop it, at least for now.
