Setting KDE_HANDBOOK=false for kde5.eclass causes a misinterpretation in kde4-base.eclass, where it is interpreted as "optional" instead of "never". I had to add some ugliness to the qtcurve-9999 ebuild in qt overlay to circumvent this. Please solve this in a more elegant way.
Why use kde5 (or kde4-base) eclass at all? It seems like it would be much simpler without.
