It needs it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -av ibus
Actual Results:  
It installs ibus without dbus-python

Expected Results:  
it should install dbus-python

A slight correction: at most, only ibus[deprecated] needs dbus-python.

I had a bug-report in ibus and they wanted to know the installed dbus-python version so i was expecting that its an needed dependency.

But yes, most likely, at most, ibus[deprecated] needs that dep.
