When attempting to emerge sdl-perl I get the following error message >>> Install sdl-perl-1.20.0 into /var/tmp/portage/sdl-perl-1.20.0/image/ category dev-perl make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/i686-linux/Config.pm', needed by `Makefile'. Stop. I have re-emerged perl and libsdl and I still get the same message

Can you try this with userpriv, usersandbox, and noclean removed from your make.conf? Looks like its seeing a dirty build leftover and getting confused, but I'd like to confirm that. Thanks! -Mike
I'll try this as soon as I can, however, my computer is currently on the back of a moving truck. I anticipate that we'll be reunited approx 6/22. Sorry for the delay.
Not a problem. Just pester me once you get reaquainted (bad habit of zoning out on email every few weeks)
Any status here?
The problem fixed itself after I moved in. I didn't do anything except emerge sdl-perl. I'm not sure what the problem was but it went away!
good enough for me :)
