In window decoration sometimes I can not even see them because of a black screen. Some other I times I see decorations but only two. Is it a bug or all the other default decorations are removed?

It is fixed now, but when I try to download new decorations I get this message:

"Loading of providers from file:http//download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed"

Live (9999). All the installed kde5-related sets are live.

I can't reproduce with 5.1.1. Try rebuilding everything live, and reporting usptream if the issue persists for some time.
