I'm pretty certain this belongs to bug #531794.

Erm, this bug was triggered in the chhroot of an ~amd64, bug #531794 is the 2nd chroot image (at the same amd64 hardened host) containing an ~amd64-hardened Gentoo

I don't know about that, but why is a file attached here that was created by brlcad?
