It seems that in the lastest update, autoconf-2.69.ebuild has been left out.  It still have USE=multislot and EAPI=3.

  Upgrade old ebuilds to EAPI=4 and enable SLOTing all the time.

It seems to be not intended.

I am asking for permission to update autoconf-2.69 to be the same as autoconf-2.68, except for the >=dev-lang/perl-5.6 dependency.

it was intentional.  when the next autoconf update is out, things will migrate.
