What overlay is that?
Sorry, forgot to mention. The overlay is https://github.com/tokiclover/bar-overlay/tree/master/net-misc mentioned before in bug 522854.
A live version is not supported in Gentoo official tree, so you don't have to open bugs here for unsupported software. (I pushed a commit wich fix fossil uri (misteriously missing from the ebuild). If it does not work, I have no clue on how to get a proper uri string.)

If you don't want bug reports on this tracker, then you ought to mention that in repositories.xml like some other overlays do (kde-sunset for one), including directions about where bug report should go (like in github pull requests/issues).
Also, if your overlay is named "bar" then the name of the overlay should not be "bar-overlay".

Thanks, I will do so to avoid unecessary extra work from Gentoo dev/maintaines.

You mean the link should not have the `-overlay' suffix? Well, that's not going to be an easy fix. There a very few users using my overlay even if I could rename it simply `bar' overlay.
