in source modules were moved to git submodules https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-core, https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-extras and are not included in release tarball and thus disappeared from install

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -avq1 =app-admin/ansible-1.8.1
2. ls -l /usr/share/ansible/
3. hmm ... no modules
