missing the tests folder and its 2 files in all recent versions. test phase currently set to RESTRICT

Well, the testsuite only consists of two tests that hardly test anything - and one of it has severe issues when called manually. I doubt that manually patching the testsuite in will significantly gain us anything.

Therefore, I'll go with the testsuite in place, but RESTRICT="test" for all non-live ebuilds for the moment. Maybe upstream comes with a full fledged testsuite one day.
