Please attach emerge --info.  

Also, if you haven't rebuilt gcc recently you may need to do so, as there was a short period of time that --enable-linker-build-id was set -- see bug 525942 for more info.

Thank you for the emerge --info , unfortunately I still can't reproduce this even after duplicating your configuration

I mark the bug as obsolete, the ebuild affected by this bug are no longer in tree.
