app-editors/kile[pdf] has dependency on app-text/dvipdfmx, which was merged into app-text/texlive-core-2014. Please replace dependency with something like 
|| ( >=app-text/texlive-core-2014 app-text/dvipdfmx )

emerge app-editor/kile =app-text/texlive-core-2014

9999 version in kde overlay was fixed only on 02.12.2014
