The build process with libxslt versions 1.0.18 and 1.0.19 stops for unknown reason.

First occured with an "emerge --update world", which won't complete without
libxslt, while at the moment, libxslt is not installed.

See script of installation process enclosed.

Recent "emerge rsync" fixed the problem.

This was actually caused by libxslt failing sometimes when built with parallel
make.  Fixed now on cvs.
