Description nE0sIghT 2014-11-09 19:13:51 UTC
I have selected Europe/Moscow timezone in my Bugzilla preferences
Bugzilla shows wrong time (+1 hour)

Probably this is caused by outdated tzdata package. Changes for Russia available in tzdata-2014f

Reproducible: Always

Any progress in this issue?
Proper dev-perl/DateTime-TimeZone is stable now.
