alps touch pad losses full function in the the 3.17 kernel but works fine in the 3.16 kernel sources

the full issue is with the 3.17 kernel srt the touch pad losses right click double tap and side scroll all these functions work fine in the 3.16 kernel
is there any update to this issue please
issue fixed in the 3.17.4 kernel release
