Description Jochen Maes (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-02 12:49:11 UTC
Hi

I would like to get LizB as a ppc developer. She will help me with the ppc documentation and site. She doesn't need cvs axx to gentoo-x86, but does need cvs for the documentation.

nick: LizB
name: Elizabeth Blackwell
email: liz@dreethal.com

she'll need a g.o adress, and access to the gentoo cvs module (like me).
and op on gentoo-dev if possible.

2 week probationary period ends June 14
Comment 2 Seemant Kulleen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-03 03:03:11 UTC
sejo, she'll need a bugzilla account, and she'll need to be cc'd on this bug
Comment 3 Deedra Waters (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-11 17:37:39 UTC
If she's doing documentation, she doesn't need to sit through the 2 week probationary period, so this is waved.

However, because this is ppc related it does require pvdaveel's approval, and because it's docs, it probably needs swift's approval.
Comment 4 Pieter Van den Abeele (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-11 18:05:14 UTC
I fully support sejo's decision to bring on liz.

She helps out sejo with next generation PPC faq (which will include all those nice howto's from the ppc forums). Sejo will also be working on an easier to read ppc site with her.
Comment 5 Sven Vermeulen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-14 11:08:01 UTC
She's got my approval, but *please* do read the documentation policy (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/doc-policy.xml) and other documentation documents (such as http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml-guide.xml and http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/tipsntricks.xml); I tend to eat people who don't follow this. And since I don't eat people in front of other people, all those who know that I really do this are dead...

Luckily it's probably the most non-intrusive policy one has ever came across (/me ducks).
Comment 6 Jason Huebel (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-16 14:04:35 UTC
Liz, please look for me in IRC and I'll get your account setup...
Comment 7 E Liz Blackwell (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-16 21:10:44 UTC
I've bookmarked the docs. I'll be on IRC tomrrow. I check out and fly to Denver. I won't be home till 10:30pm in Colorado. The quiz should be wrapped up fairly soon.

Comment 10 Bryan Østergaard (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-07 11:57:09 UTC
Retiring due to inactivity. No cvs commits and no bugs activity since 2004-08-31.
Comment 11 E Liz Blackwell (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-07 16:52:16 UTC
I don't have CVS commit and I was working indirectly on bugs. I'll make myself more apparent in future.
Comment 12 Tim Yamin (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-08 07:20:33 UTC
Not inactive. Close bug. Sorry about that :)
Comment 13 Christian Heim (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-11-25 22:45:31 UTC
Dear Liz,

Possible retirement pending as you haven't shown any activity few months
(according to bugzilla, the last one was 52808: 2006-01-07 16:52:16). If you are
just away, then please use the devaway system. Please be advised that
devaway may also be considered inactive if it extends past 60 days.

Please reply and advise on your situation. Any developer found to be
inactive for a period in excess of 60 days is subject to be retired. Please
be aware that if we have not heard from you within 2 weeks time, we will
begin the retirement process.
If we do retire you, it's pretty easy to come back when you are ready. Just
do the ebuild/end-quiz again and you're back on.

Comment 15 Christian Heim (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-12-25 01:25:25 UTC
It's christmas (that is the 25th), thus assigning the remaining ones to infra.
Comment 16 Robin Johnson archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2007-12-25 07:16:35 UTC
This user has been retired by infra-automation (cvs, dev, ldap, bugzie, im, lists) as of 2007/12/25.
Forums/planet, please do your stuff.
