In ncmpcpp >= 0.6 ~/.ncmpcpp/keys file is obsolete in favor of ~/.ncmpcpp/bindings, so our post-install message incorrect: ---------- * Example configuration files have been installed at * /usr/share/doc/ncmpcpp-0.6 * ncmpcpp-0.6 uses ~/.ncmpcpp/config and ~/.ncmpcpp/keys * as user configuration files. ---------- My suggestion is to just remove this message. Why? For one, there are no example configuration files in /usr/share/doc/ncmpcpp-0.6: $ qlist ncmpcpp /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/ncmpcpp /usr/share/man/man1/ncmpcpp.1.bz2 /usr/share/doc/ncmpcpp-0.6/NEWS.bz2 /usr/share/doc/ncmpcpp-0.6/AUTHORS.bz2 /usr/bin/ncmpcpp Also, ncmpcpp's documentation is excellent and we don't have to duplicate it here. Let's not pollute (already polluted) post-install screen.
