Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to emerge jdk, see fetch error
2. Go to link shown in fetch error
3. Can't find 7u65.
4. Pull your hair out.
Actual Results:  
I'm bald now.

Expected Results:  
Still having my hair, and downloading jdk without issue.

This happened before, see bug 511714.

We are going to stabilize 1.7.0.71 soon, as per #525464.
Starting with this version, we also link to the archive page to cover the case that oracle releases a newer version which isn't in the tree (or isn't stable yet).

I will close this one - please use the download archive to fetch the correct files.
