I recommend to not stabilize paramiko due to performance regressions affecting version 1.12, 1.13 and 1.14

Hmm, well it would have been helpful to have had this recorded in gentoo bugzilla but it wasn't, hence it qualified to stable request.  Now we know.  It was I who bumped (the long missed) parmiko to 1.15.1 which will have the fixes, however I only added it 01 Nov 2014 by chance from being told by another that it needed bumping. Another sample of the http://euscan.gentooexperimental.org/herds/python/ missing new releases.  This version bump didn't result from a security bug so all has to wait another month to qualify.
