Somewhere between 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 which was released today, the source tree of libtool changed so the cd magic of src_prepare() doesn't work.  In preparation for pushingout 2.4.3, I committed the fix to -9999.  See

There may be other things that need to change, but at least now the ebuild builds.  I didn't check dependencies etc.
