Dear Infra team, 

after internal discussion- please permanently disable the "old" aliases devrel@gentoo.org and userrel@gentoo.org, such that e-mail to these addresses bounces. 

[Right now these addresses mainly collect spam. The address comrel@gentoo.org should by now be well-known enough for contacting comrel.]

done and there's a slightly more helpful message than just 'mailbox not found' in place:

   User and developer relations are now merged into Community Relations,
   please email comrel@ instead. (in reply to end of DATA command)
