libndpi-1.5.1.ebuild

A separate stable version of libndpi library has been released:
SRC_URI="mirror://sourceforge/ntop/nDPI/${P}.tar.gz"

Please unbundle the library

It seems that the API has changed. Perhaps, it should be used with ntopng instead.

This package is in the tree (net-libs/nDPI) and ntopng depends on it
