Inkscape-0.91 is soon going to be released (soon = hopefully christmas 2014). In the meanwhile, pre-release tarballs are being made available for testing. It would be good for them the be available, masked appropriately, in portage for thorough testing by Gentoo folk.

Here's a starting point, it compiles and runs well on amd64.

I've updated the deps, removed outdated patches.

Updated spell patch

0.91_pre2 has got a experimental gtk+3 support, which I haven't touched. All other deps should be in place.
