scripts: update-seeds.sh -- updates the developer.seeds file and signs it. Done update-keys -- python based script to update the binary keyrings, perform glep 63 and other checks, purge any invalid keys, generate appropriate reports, emails. It will also need to generate new ebuild version bumps and commit them along with matching git tags for the repo. Reproducible: Always
