xtrabackup versions before 2.2.4 don't support Galera GTID autorecovery which makes it useless as a sync method between Galera Cluster nodes

"Percona XtraBackup has implemented support for Galera GTID autorecovery. Percona XtraBackup retrieves the GTID information, after backing up a server with backup locks support, from the InnoDB trx header on recovery and creates the xtrabackup_galera_info during that stage."



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have sst-xtrabackup set as the method for syncing Galera nodes
2. restart a node
3.
Actual Results:  
Nodes don't sync properly.

Expected Results:  
Nodes should sync properly.

For 2.2.5 ebuild's "MY_PVR" variable should be updated to
MY_PVR="${PV}-4982"
