KDE3.2 display and other bugs are fixed and new translations are added in the new version.

Copy the ksetiwatch-2.6.1 ebuild to ksetiwatch-3.0.0 works for me.

3.0 added to the unstable tree. Will be marked stable in 2 weeks.
