Patch to fix TokuDB issue FT602

MariaDB builds with TokuDB 7.1.7 and 7.5 exhibit duplicate key errors despite the key not existing in the index.

Bug has been found upstream of MariaDB:

mariadb-10.0.14-r1 includes this patch.

I'll see about 5.5 series in a future version.

Note that mariadb does support epatch_user. This can be applied in the interim in /etc/portage/patches/dev-db/mariadb
