playonlinux is reminding me that 4.2.5 is available to install now. Reproducible: Always
hi, should work to just update the name of all 3 affected files (the ebuild itself and the 2 patches in the files subfolder) to 4.2.5 instead of 4.2.4
Simply copying app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.4.ebuild to app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.5.ebuild worked for me.
(In reply to Lee Trager from comment #2) > Simply copying app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.4.ebuild to > app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.5.ebuild worked for me. I've been waiting for an official bump for a good little while now and gave up and did this. It does indeed work fine. M.
How you did this? I have an error: # emerge -1 playonlinux Calculating dependencies \ * Missing digest for '/usr/portage/app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.5.ebuild' ... done! >>> Verifying ebuild manifests !!! A file is not listed in the Manifest: '/usr/portage/app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.5.ebuild'

A file is not listed in the Manifest: > '/usr/portage/app-emulation/playonlinux/playonlinux-4.2.5.ebuild' You should NEVER change the ebuild inside /usr/portage.
