the original ebuild of media-video/streamdvd-0.4 was very rudimentary. I made some enhancements: - build and install streamanalyze - build and install lsdvd (patched version) as lsdvd-streamdvd - install more docs (streamanalyze/lsdvd) - optional USE-flag: "gui" -> installs Perl-Tk GUI frontend For the GUI modules, I had to make two small patches to work. since there're too many things I've done, I attach the whole new ebuild and not just a plain diff. perhaps we should name it *-r1 then... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 32314 [details] streamdvd-0.4.ebuild many new features :-)
Created attachment 32315 [details] streamdvd-0.4.patch additional patch for streamdvd-0.4. put it into $FILESDIR.
Created attachment 32317 [details] streamdvd-0.4.ebuild hmpf! little bug fixed. stupid 'vi' ;-)

it would be nice to have this little patch into portage. at least streamanalyze is really important! thanks!
Darn; I need to remember to check if someone else has made an enhancement *before* I do it...;) This looks good; you might add that the author documents that it needs version libdvdread-0.9.2 or greater in the DEPEND.
other than 0.9.3 and 0.9.4 are not in the portage. So this is obsolete. ;-) But I've made also some enhancements to libdvdcss and libdvdread. Just check my other BugZillas, before doing it youself again. *g*
I checked it in as -r1. Thanks for your submission.
