In icewm-1.3.8 the "Logout", "Window list", "Restart icewm" and "About" buttons in the popup menu, which appears if you press Ctrl-Alt-Del, are no longer working. The associated keys doesn't work, too. This happens on two different systems (AMD and Intel), so I think this is a general issue. With icewm-1.3.7-r1 everything works fine. Thanks for adding the reference to bug #525938. The patch https://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=387012 also fixes the problem with the Ctrl-Alt-Del popup menu.
icewm-1.3.x is long gone. Please file a new bug against recent icewm versions if this is still an issue.
