dev-libs/djbfft-0.76 is available now for ~amd64 (thanks to me ;-))

so please add djbfft support for a52dec on amd64:

this:
    x86? ( djbfft? ( dev-libs/djbfft ) )"

and this:
    use x86 && myconf="${myconf} $(use_enable djbfft)"

should be extended to amd64.
and yes, it compiles and works then! I tried this...
