As HP and Compaq are now the same, it looks like there have been some changes to the compaq site. Instead of:

HOMEPAGE="http://www.kernel.org/ http://www.redhat.com/ http://www.support.compaq.com/alpha-tools/redhat/"

it looks like it may need to be changed to:

HOMEPAGE="http://www.kernel.org/ http://www.redhat.com/ http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/software/alpha-tools/redhat/"
