Bug 523626 – net-libs/libisds-0.10 version bump

Upstream released 0.9 version of net-libs/libisds. Gentoo delivers 0.7 currently. Please upgrade the ebuild. According to the NEWS file <http://repo.or.cz/w/libisds.git/blob/HEAD:/NEWS>, there is no new dependency and the library is back-ward compatible, so plain rename of the 0.7 ebuild should be sufficient.

Upstream released 0.10 version. The version is backward compatible. There is a new optional dependency on dev-libs/openssl which can replace (app-crypt/gpgme dev-libs/libgcrypt).

That would allow to fix sooner this bugs (currently the package has no active maintainer)
