how about marking people who became devs in the recruiting app somehow? 

or better, hiding them somehow by default?

I'm always awed at the number of mentees there, and only later realize that a lot of then have there cvs bit by now...

The web application had been stopped almost 2 years ago, I do not believe this will fly ever again in the near future, and even if will, I do not think it is going to be the existing one, but rather something new.
