dev-db/firebird-2.5.2.26540.0: please bump ebuild to EAPI=5 and add slot operator to dependency on dev-libs/icu (i.e., dev-libs/icu:= )

Changes from EAPI=4 (as now) to EAPI=5 should be minimal, but since I don't know the package at all...
