Using app-arch/tar-1.13.92-r3, "man tar" says "-b, --block-size",
"tar --block-size=128" says "unrecognized option" and
"tar --help" says "-b, --blocking-factor", so the manpage should
be corrected to also tell of "--blocking-factor" instead of
"--block-size".
