The hping ebuilds I checked (hping-2.0.0_rc2-r1.ebuild and hping-2.0.0_rc3.ebuild) do not install some extra files in docs/ of the tarball. I recommend changing the following line:

dodoc INSTALL KNOWN-BUGS NEWS README TODO AUTHORS BUGS CHANGES COPYING
to
dodoc INSTALL KNOWN-BUGS NEWS README TODO AUTHORS BUGS CHANGES COPYING docs/AS-BACKDOOR docs/HPING2-IS-OPEN docs/MORE-FUN-WITH-IPID docs/*.txt. I will upload a patch file in a minute.
