Ebuild patch for baikal-0.2.7

Hello all,

When php is installed with -session -ctype, then baikal won't work. The patch just adds these USE deps.

I found another one: baikal-0.4.4 stopped working for me. The error log said:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'XMLWriter' not found in ...

So I built php with USE=xmlwriter and the error was gone.
