It must be downloaded into the /usr/portage/distfiles folder, decompressed and installed into the /opt/vmware directory, correctly.

but It fails to download file as following.

fetching another one has no problem. but just only this causes failure to download from the server.

Not sure what happened there. It seems to be fixed by now though.
