+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #517278 +++ This is the reverse of the bug from which it was cloned, #517278, since the patch has now been applied upstream and thus the ebuild attempt to apply the patch fails. Simply deleting the patches variable line (that's the only patch in it) allows the ebuild to merge successfully. (This was blocking my downgrade from 4.9999, of course removed from the overlay along with the rest of kde-live:4.)
