Arches, please stabilize =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.14.14

At this time, there are no widespread bugs concerning this kernel version

Arch tested gentoo-sources-3.14.16, build and runs fine on x86. Glibc bug is fixed. Please mark stable for x86.

3.14.16 suffers of bug #518724 as well as previous 3.14.14

Not sure if this is a blocker, but as main arches are already proceed...

3.14.16 was just tree-cleaned and was latest stable on x86.  I'm sure this was just an oversight, but it ought to be restored.
